Terms of use

Updated 25 October 2026 · version 1

These terms

By using our apps, you agree to these terms. They're written to be read: if anything here is unclear, write to us from Contact us in the app.

Who makes our apps

our apps is made by Amine Barchid, an independent developer in Germany, as part of a small studio of apps. You can reach him from Contact us in the app, or at [email protected].

Your account

You need an account for some apps, made with Sign in with Apple or a code sent to your email. Keep your phone and your Apple ID safe: anyone who can open your account can use it. You can delete your account in the app at any time.

Memberships

Some apps offer a membership. It's sold and billed by Apple through your Apple ID, at the price shown before you confirm.

  • A free trial, when there is one, turns into a paid membership at its end unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
  • A membership renews for the same period and price until you cancel it. Cancel any time in your iPhone's Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions; you keep it until the period you paid for ends.
  • Refunds are Apple's to give: ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • When a membership ends, what it unlocked stops, but nothing you made is deleted.

What you put in

What you write and make in an app (notes, names, the things you grow) stays yours. You let us store it and show it to the people you share it with, so the app can work. Don't use an app to hurt, harass or deceive anyone, or to break the law, and don't try to break into, overload or copy the app or its servers.

The apps

We work to keep every app running and your things safe, but an app can have bugs or be unavailable for a while, and we may change, add or remove features. If we ever close an app, we'll say so in it ahead of time.

Responsibility

We're fully responsible for harm we cause on purpose or through gross negligence, and for any harm to life, body or health. For slight negligence, we're responsible only when we break a duty the app can't work without, and then only for the harm that's typical and foreseeable for it. Nothing here takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before the change applies. If you don't agree, you can stop using the app and delete your account. The date at the top of this page says when they last changed.

The law

These terms are governed by German law. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of your own country's consumer law.
